Baboushkini is a curation of high-quality babywear sourced from boutique brands around the world, and we were referred to the fulfilment services of White Glove via an industry contact.

Our requirements are difficult to manage. We have many SKU’s that change on a seasonal basis because they are selected from seasonal collections. This means that there are no repeats, and everything is changing all the time. Unlike other brands, there is no homogeneous style throughout the range, and this makes it complex. However, with Lena and the team, I have had nothing to worry about. I have been able to communicate with them freely, and they have shown the ability to act on the smallest detail.

The important thing for Baboushkini customers is that their products arrive in the best condition, beautifully wrapped, having been well cared for.

White Glove has been great, and they work hard to get it right. The operation constantly demonstrates attention to detail and perfectionism.
