Gussy and Lou

We are a women’s and kidswear brand with a strong cashmere and cotton heritage recognisable by our signature neon colours that run through our entire collection. We offer high-end luxury throw-ons with a boutique feel, and a very personal experience. In the early days we dealt with all the packaging and returns ourselves, until White Glove Fulfilment was recommended to us. Wow, what a difference that has made, no longer do we need to go into the office and deal with urgent orders (often surrounded by our young children!), we now have the time concentrate on the things that we are good at and want to spend our energy on.  

We had been in talks with another fulfilment partner, however we were beginning to hear about problems with their service from our contacts in the industry, when we were told what a safe pair of hands White Glove would be.  

At the time, some of our fulfilment processes were a bit disorganised. We laugh about it now, however one of our designs was called ‘the pink jumper’, which was fine when we were doing things for ourselves, however in actual fact we had several pink jumpers in the range. It was confusing, likely to lead to mistakes, and needed sorting out. Lena and the White Glove team were so calm about resolving things, and always had a solution.  

We never worry about fulfilment now, even when we have a pile of looming orders.

On Black Friday last year, trade was four times more than we had anticipated, but White Glove ensured that all our shipments were despatched to our customers on time. The key words that we would choose to describe White Glove Fulfilment are speed, quick delivery and responding the customer enquiries with reassuring answers. Neither of us like robotic warehouses, and prefer to know that a small team of people is taking care of our orders.  In summary, White Glove are exceptional and a pleasure to do business with.
