Our Story

It all started with Lena’s personalised gifting business back in 2013, and her offering of printing and embroidery services to a small online customer base.  In 2017 the business expanded, supplying school uniforms to the education sector where her reputation for outstanding service, fair prices, and a creative range was recognised in over 20 schools.  It is these roots that run through the backbone of the company, and make White Glove so very different from its competitors.  As past retailers ourselves, we have been in your shoes, and because we have the experience of fulfilling our own precious time sensitive orders, we know what is important to you and how to exceed your expectations.

Lena’s academic background in IT and logistics has provided the perfect grounding for leading the White Glove team.  Having been appointed onto the top sellers panel at one of the UK’s largest online marketplaces, she advised and influenced other entrepreneurs on how to achieve similar success.  It has been this knowledge, expertise and the methodology she uses that has been passed onto White Glove colleagues, enabling them to deliver our recognised efficiency in operational fulfilment processes.
