Enjoy customised shelving arrangements designed exclusively for your products, ensuring optimal organisation and accessibility and preventing cross contamination with other brands.  Your space is designated to you and your brand.

Tailored Packing Space

Your packing specifications are unique to you, and therefore your packing area needs to be unique to you too.  That’s why we provide a dedicated space for the fulfilment of your products, applying the most efficient and productive work methods to your range.

Your Team

Consistency is key. Your nominated team member will perform each task involved in the process.  From stock booked in, to picking, packing, despatch, returns and repairs, all activities will be executed to your exact specification.  Quality Control is integrated into each stage of the operation.

Direct Communication

You will have direct communication using your preferred method be it telephone or email.  The important thing to us is that you are able to contact the person who understands exactly what is happening with your orders as and when you need to.  To assist, our convenient ticketing system allows fast, accurate tracking, ensuring nothing gets missed.

Last Mile

Whichever last mile delivery service your shipment is on, we will deal with all third-party communications ensuring that you don’t have to.

Client Visits

Step inside. Client visits are welcome, offering opportunities for quality checks, reviewing stock lines, and participating in training and Q&A sessions with our warehouse team.  Or just drop in for a cup of tea!

Additional Services

We offer steaming, ironing, small repairs and cleaning as part of our standard service.  If you need more, we can personalise your products with embroidery, print or engraving.  We also have partnerships with dry cleaners, specialist courier companies and numerous other service providers.  We can supply as much or as little service as you want, please do get in touch to discuss your requirements, we will be delighted to help.
